The below terms apply for the registration:

  • All participants, including presenters are required to purchase a ticket for the event.

  • Registration fees as advertised are inclusive of VAT.

  • Registration fees cover the access to the conference, the conference materials and documents and catering (lunch, snacks and coffee breaks).

  • Student participant should be able to produce a valid student ID at the registration desk when requested.
