Step 1: Download our BioShorts or MediShorts style guide and format your article as it advises.

Step 2: Submit your article as a word document using the submission button on the left. Please indicate you preferred journal within the submission portal.

Step 3: The article will be reviewed by two members of the BioShorts team to determine if it is a good fit, and if successful will advance to the next step.

Step 4: Publication is charged at a flat rate of £299. However, research requiring comprehensive text creation or considerable rewrites may be subject to a payment at this stage. Find out more here.

Step 5: Internal editing & applicant revisions.

Step 6: External peer review & applicant revisions.

Step 7: Professional editing.

Step 8: In house formatting.

Step 9: Applicant sign off and publication!
